Lite School Fundraising and Health Days



The Fundraising Days and Health Days both follow the same format.  We run the Fit Kids exercise program in one day for your school, with each class joining in a fun-filled fitness session based on the key Fundamental Movement Skills helping balance, coordination, object control and movement.

The emphasis is on fun! We like to see not only the children but even the teachers joining in! There will also be an educational side to it with a brief discussion on the importance of exercise at the start of each session where the childen will be able to show their knowledge of exercise. We will bring the British Heart Foundations "Big Heart" book - a child friendly display book which explains in simple terms how the heart works and why exercise is so important for keeping it, and the body, healthy. 

On the Health Days we can also include a whole school talk on the importance of healthy eating and exercise combined to give a healthy lifestyle.

Cost of the Health Days is £120 for  6 hours (9am-3pm).

School Fundraising Days

Every school needs to fundraise to be able to buy all the extra equipment that is needed to make a child's school experience the very best possible.

Lite Fit Kids Fundraising is the perfect solution. 

The money is raised by each child getting sponsorship from their family and friends for taking part in the exercise session.  (See How It All Works below).

2 WEEKS BEFORE We post you the sponsorship forms and email you an easily edited cover letter to send out with them.

WEEK BEFORE Children bring in their sponsorship money

ON THE DAY....

9.15                                      Fit Kids arrive and set up

9.30 - 10.05                           P1 Fitness Session

10.15 - 10.50                         P2 and P3 Fitness Session

11.00 - 11.45                         P4 and P5 Fitness Session

Break for Lunch

12.45 - 1.30                           P6 and P7 Fitness Session

1.40 - 2.00                            Awards Ceremony for P1 - P3

2.10 - 2.30                            Awards Ceremony for P4 - P7

After the Day

We take payment of £2/child from the money raised, the rest goes to your school!


*At the awards ceremony each child will receive a Fit Kids Super Fundraiser Certificate, and there will be prizes for those who raised the most sponsorship money in each class.


All our Fit Kid Fundraiser Instructors are fully-trained, vetted and insured.
