When you join Lite you begin with a free Health and Fitness Consultation which allows us to devise a personalised training program just for you.  It is completely personalised to help you achieve your fitness goals.  You also receive a personalised diet program.  If you wish to lose weight, then this will ensure it happens, and, more importantly, it will encourage you to eat healthily and reap the benefits of an all-over healthy lifestyle.
