Lite Community Exercise Classes
As we are dedicated to helping as many people as possible to achieve healthier lifestyles, we also run classes out in the community. These are either run privately for community organisations (for example An Creagan Healthy Hearts, Healthy Minds, Cancer Choices, Peace Factory, Ardboe Community Projects) for their own members, or can be booked by councils or community centres who run them for members of the public.
All our private classes can be tailored to suit the needs of the group or organisation who wish to avail of them. They can be exercise-only based (either low or high impact) or can include exercise and nutrition components and also information on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
We run classes for both adults and children; the fit and the not-so-fit; the young and the young-at-heart!

Adult Classes
Body Blast - high-impact cardio and toning!
Body Conditioning - the toning and strengthening class!
Boot Camp Fitness - exercising in the great outdoors!
Bums, Legs and Tums - an old favourite which will tone and shape these all important areas
Lite Bumps - antenatal exercise classes for all pregnant women at any stage of their pregnancy
Lite Fifty + - an gentle exercise class for the older woman who wants to stay fit and healthy.
Lites - the weight-loss management class with healthy eating and exercise
Pram-Tastic Mums! -the outdoor exercise class for all mums who have chilodren young enopugh to sit in a buggy! We power walk around a local park, stopping at intervals to perform strengthening and toning exercises. It works because you do not need to organise a babyminder so you get fit whilst your child gets fresh air!
Stretch 'n' Tone - a lower impact class which combines stretches and low resistance exercise to tone and shape the body.
