Lite is bright, friendly and non-intimidating – the ideal place for all women to lose weight, tone up and increase their overall fitness in an all-female environment. Our friendly, experienced staff are always on hand to give advice whether to the woman who is completely new to fitness or the regular gym goer.
When you join Lite you begin with a free Health and Fitness Consultation which allows us to devise a personalised 6 week training program just for you. It is completely personalised to help you achieve your fitness goals.

For adults we have Adult Ballroom Dancing, Dance Yourself Fit, Lunch Body Conditioning, Boxercise, Lite Bumps, Lite Mums, New You Bootcamp Fitness, Pilates, Polercise, Pramtastic and Yoga.
For children we have Baby Ballroom Dancing, Teen2Step Dancing, Dance Divas, L May's Dance Company Hip-Hop for Children and Musical Acts.
